Great food and cozy enough to pass time while you wait for a flight. Ordered the bacon burger with a side Caesar salad — it was delicious! Only complaint is that I ordered my burger medium well and it was delivered well done with a bit more char than I would have preferred, giving it a bitter taste. The service was great, our server was attentive enough, friendly, and prompt. I’d recommend and return.

I ate here today while waiting for my flight out of Hartford. I ordered a black ended chicken Caesar salad and towards the end of my meal realized the chicken was raw in the middle (couldn’t see it initially because of the seasoning) I told my waitress who only took off the chicken add on part of the salad, not the whole thing which you know was touched by raw meat. Never talked to a manager, and when the receipt came out it had ‘COMP: Raw’, as the excuse. Very bad experience and honestly a health hazard for anyone eating there.

No, wait. The salmon wasn’t bad. Stopped while waiting for my flight back home. Tables available, you seat yourself and scan the code on the table to see the menu. Nice restaurant and bar setting.

(Last visited 9/12/2021.) In an attempt to fly to Minneapolis for work our flight was majorly delayed and the Escape Lounge still hadn’t reopened so what are we going to do for food?! I was able to be seated immediately. My waitress acknowledged me within 3 minutes of being seat. I had my drink and appetizer in less than 10 minutes of arriving at the restaurant. The food is delicious and it’s a comfortable place to relax and eat before a flight. Jackie is an amazing server!!

Great place to get good beer and food. Fantastic Beer selection on tap. Lobster slider was absolutely delicious. The fries were well cooked. The calamari was good. Outstanding airport food. Service was friendly and prompt. Glad we dropped in.

My waitress was good. She was polite and prompt. I had there Reuben with fries. The Reuben had good glass or and the sauerkraut was excellent. However, if have had a Reuben at Ryan’s Deli New York style in Vernon Ct. This one at the black bear saloon did not come close. Thus the4 raining
