First time delivery order, double chicken with all broccoli, very simple order. It took one hour to get my order which is only 5 miles away, no double chicken, came with mixed vegetables not ordered, and cost a ridiculous 42.00. Chicken was not plump and juicy like their add listed, the chicken was pounded thin and dry. This experience has removed me from future ordering online with ANY of these delivery service companies. These delivery companies are charging way too much money for long waiting times and sub par food. If you cannot read an order ticket do not prepare any food.

Having lost our favorite go-to Japanese restaurant to the pandemic, I’ve been craving chicken teriyaki. Found this place off a Google search and got to try it out today. Very glad we did. The food was fresh, plentiful and fairly priced. The atmosphere is fast foodish but we went for the food not the ambiance. The place was clean and the person who took our order and prepared our lunches was polite and knowledgeable. Definitely adding Teriyaki Madness to our repertoire of lunch options. Recommended!

Not impressed with this place. I’d rather go to the mall to get food or anywhere else for that matter. There are ants all over the wall and the booth we sat in near the window. Little flies buzzing around. The sriracha bottle openings and other bottles on the tables looks like they haven’t been cleaned since the Stone Age since that’s how hard the crust on them looked. Only positive thing I can say is the food was hot but the steak I had tasted like the grill it was cooked on was horribly burnt.

Ehh, just okay, husband food was hot but mine was just luke warm. Very friendly staff but food was definitely not memorable. Restaurant could use a good cleaning as well. Light fixtures, windows and drink machine had dust accumulating. Table and condiments were sticky.

I used to come here three years ago. Back then the portions were full the food was fire and there was always a line. Today it’s just garbage, I probably could have got a better meal from McDonald’s…. When you buy a large power bowl I’m sure you expect a big bowl with food not a big bowl half empty, vegetables taste like vinegar, owner is smoking heavy dope to have this place running like this right next to a gym in a very heavily populated area of high income earners.

Not gourmet Oriental food but a nice dinner. We have buy-one, get-one coupons from the Save-Around coupon books so we visit about once every other month. The Wife is fond of the orange chicken (pictured), I go for the spicy tofu. Veggies are included, along with brown or white rice; fried rice or noodles are extra. Always more food than we can eat; meals are served in sealed plastic containers for easy transport home.

Bowls have been good in the past, but lately portions are much smaller and this evening I had to remove two large pieces of plastic wrap from my mouth. I’ve attached a photo. I thought of calling the restaurant, but my husband who picked up the to-go order said it looked like a bunch of high school students who were eating Tijuana Flats at the cash register. Didn’t think they would be able to do much about it. We had stopped ordering from here due to the lesser quality several months ago and after trying it again tonight I am sorry to see things haven’t improved.
