Service was okay, all employees including manager were pretty grumpy and not very nice. Took 20 minutes to get our 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. The sandwiches were in consistent, one had 2 pickle slices whole the other had 4. Fries were very very salty. Ranch was also really runny. Here’s the kicker there was a BONE in the fries I almost handed to my toddler! Thank God I had caught it before giving them to him!

My first time at this place! I’m Canadian so we didn’t order too much because we know how Americans give bigger portions. We had to go about our day but we wished we ordered more wings! The ranch was surprisingly delicious and elevated the flavour of everything… okay so ranch in Canada is not good. Guy at the register was on his phone the whole time through my ordering. Asked for plain wings with sauce on the side, got on the road, and found out they tossed my wings in the atomic sauce. Wasted lunch, waste of money. Shoulda went to subway.

To the family who’s meal was accidentally given to me I’m so sorry, but the fact the establishment didn’t even potentially confirm the orders names or content is weird , and I was of good faith assuming a restaurant would have that down. I just got home and after ordering a 6 piece I’m here with 40 wings probably . I ordered Cajun corn so assumed the second box was just for the corn; nope more wings. I feel horrible and I know some family is gonna be livid getting 6 wings for probably lord knows how large of a family . I was on the end of things that didn’t get totally screwed over . This place has always taken twice as long as they say. They undercooked someone’s wings that came in, and I know they have him mine to prolong my agony. My food was almost done and the two ladies in charge decided it was time for a smoke break and left out the back. They left the only hard worker in there and she finished my order but I had to wait for the smoking grannies to hand it over since the hard working gal spoke little English and she could tell I was not impressed.
