This was my very first time eating at Panda Express. The employees are so polite, the place was immaculate it was so clean. The food was awesome I got the fried rice broccoli and spicy chicken and it was cooked perfectly. Very good size portion for the price. I read the reviews before I went here and I was hesitant and I said I’ll try and I’m glad I did. You guys are awesome

Not overly impressed. Chow Mein was dry. Ran out of white rice and didn’t offer to make more and have me wait for it. Beef and broccoli was good and so was the orange chicken, even though it had more heat than I’m used to in an orange chicken. Egg rolls looked burned so I didn’t get one. It was okay, but not a place I’ll go out of my way to visit.

I used to absolutely love these place but ever since there has been new workers there the teriyaki chicken is always dang near red or raw in the middle. They always forget one of my sides or my sauces. Everything else is ok but I just can’t get over the above inconveniences. It’s definitely way to expensive for any issues

Today was our first time ordering from panda express it will also be our last. The food was gross plain no taste. The beef and broccoli well I only had 3 pieces of beef and lots of cold hard dry broccoli next to that was orange chicken that was okay and I had the rice which was plain. My husband had the chow mein was dry no flavor. The teriyaki chicken didn’t even taste right everything was just wrong not happy.

BOARDMAN OHIO… I used to love the place until I got there at opening time they have zero food ready. The attitude was worse than stuff I flushed down the toilet, did not even care that we were in there or what we wanted I never felt so unwanted in a place I was going to spend money… I don’t expect to be catered to, but that was ridiculous open at 11:30 instead of 1030 if you can’t have any food ready.. the only reason I was there right at opening time was that I had a doctors appointment right next-door to the building I’ve been bragging how good the food was there to the person with me. They really gave me a shocker for a regular customer.

My experience was terrible. My order was placed at 11:06 am. Showed up at 11:30 and had to go through drive through because doors were still locked. My order was lost and he said give him 5 minutes. He unlocked the doors at 11:40 after 2 woman were banging on the windows, so I went in and had to give him my phone because he couldn’t find order. Finally got my order at 11:45. It tasted fine but what a mess this place is!

Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered food yesterday for my colleagues, completly forgot to give us most the order, went back to get the rest and still missing many items. We decided to just ask for a refund since we were never going to get lunch from here without having to make 3 seperate trips. Called, refused to refund anything, and said they would take my name and replace the items missing the next day or give a free meal. Went in today and refused to do anything about it and said there was never a note left. Ive worked in restaurants for years, even fast food, and have never seen so many problems somewhere before. $50 just completely lost due to incompetence.
