Just happened by this place to grab some beer at Ethereal Brewery and made a magnificent discovery. Pizza so fresh and tasty. The Avocado bruschetta skins appetizer is a MUST. We got a prosciutto speciale pizza was amazing as well. It’s inside the food court area, UK Cornerstone Exchange. Well maintained and clean. You can sign up for their rewards. It seems like it started as a food truck and now has other locations is what I’m guessing. Street parking available. I definitely will be going back to try their brunch menu that’s only available at one of their Lexington locations.

It’s the day of the LSU-Kentucky game one person working. So far it’s been over an hour wait for a small pepperoni pizza. It’s dough, sauce, cheese and pepperoni…not that difficult. Thank goodness for the bartender at Ethereal in the same location
