Very unsatisfied with my delivery order. If I could give them negative stars I would!!! The pictures does it NO JUSTICE!!!!! This is supposedly a cool ranch papadia. Barely any toppings in it. I received a hollow flat bread with specs of meat on it. The bread tastes like it’s been in the toast for hours, very crunch and hard. It was so hard it hurt my teeth when I bit it. This so called papdia a.ka. hollow flat bread is so thin it looks communion bread. I called to speak to a manager, and she tells me it was made correctly, since SHE was the one who made it. I told her I NEVER said it wasn’t made correctly there’s barely anything in it. She goes to tell me oh there’s no more delivery drivers and no one can bring another one out. She then tells me she can give me a credit, but only for the one item. Like I asked for a full refund. She was very unpleasant, kept asking me if the credit was okay, but in a tone I which she wanted me to argue with her. Never apologized, and of all people I wouldn’t think I was speaking to a manager, let alone my food was prepared by the MANAGER. I’m very unhappy with my experience with this location and my experience with the manager.

My pizza was delivered undercooked to say the least… contacted the store and was offered another pizza to be made/delivered…we were in a bit of a rush so elected to bake the undercooked pizza in the oven for an additional 10+mins..I thought that was the end of that..but was contacted by Corporate and offered a free lg pizza and a very sincere apology from Carl. Good customer service goes a long way!

The boneless wings had the wrong sauce and the wings were only partially covered in the sauce. Also they seemed more like breaded chicken nuggets or something. Not sure if that’s what the boneless wings are supposed to be like. I also feel kind of sick now after eating the food. Not sure if its from the food though

Service was absolutely horrible. One of our pizzas was wrong, but we decided to just not say anything and we ordered another pizza. Got there and the woman behind the counter snapped at us when we asked for our sauce. They had shoved it on top of the pizza. The. Got upset when we asked for the red peppers and over charged us for an extra sauce (they are .75 she charged us 2.50)

Poor delivery drivers. Forgets our 2 Lt of soda( 2nd time in a month). Then does bring it, 45 mins later, and THROWS the bottle on our porch!! THROWS IT!!! I watched him from my window. I wish I could take his tip back, bt it’s on a card. Very disappointed, Papa John’s.

Placed an order by walking in, placed the order for the new papa John’s Dorito special. I was unaware of ingredients and hardly given any type of explanation by the employee. I even asked if that specific special item carried onions and she said no. So after I received my meal I drove home 15 minutes to my disappointment of biting into the papadilla and it contained onions. First and last time I will visit this location, unfriendly staff and ruined the order as well as expectation for Papa John’s.
