Great basic Starbucks experience like usual. Plenty of seating inside and outside, staff very friendly, quick service, and mighty tasty drinks! Got a vanilla bean Frapp and it was good. They’re heated up sandwiches weren’t there due to a malfunction which is alright.

The ladies working at Starbucks are the sweetest nicest hard-working people. It’s always a warm and welcoming place and your drinks come right out. Fantastic location less than a five minute walk to the main chairlift at Copper Mountain!

This is probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited. The employees were grumpy and snapped at several of the customers that were waiting for a while and then checked on their drinks. 2 or 3 people ended up leaving because the wait was so long. It took near 25 minutes for a small mocha. The only employee that did an outstanding job was the girl in the beret hat taking orders, she was great! 5/5 for her.

I ordered a Venti cinnamon dolce latte with an extra pump of vanilla and they made it to perfection then I had an accident where I spilled my drink went back to them about 30 minutes later and they hooked it up free of charge this is a model Starbucks come here and enjoy your time in Copper Mountain while having some delicious coffee.

Can get crowded but there is a nice indoor area to sit and tables outside with a good view of the mountain.

It’s the highest Starbucks in the country! Great service. Really friendly staff. In the summers I would go here to get coffee and then sit at the babbling Creek. Prices are what you would expect. I only wish that they had like specific mugs for this Starbucks so I can buy one.

Their toaster has been broken for weeks so nothing can be warmed or toasted.

Super slow in making drinks. Two guys would stand around doing nothing with one till open. Watch out that they over charge for the wrong drink. I got charged the wrong item and they didn’t even know how to refund; was taking out of the tip jar and I just told them to forget about it. Seems like the cashier dude had no clue what to punch in correctly. Good luck waiting for your drink.

If you’re looking for an efficient, quick, friendly starbycks, this place is not for you. Just off the highway located in the most confusing spot ever, you’ll find an overpriced coffee place that doesn’t take stars. Have time to kill and don’t care about anything? Look no further! With an average wait time of 25 minutes, it’ll be the longest detour of your trip!

If I could give zero stars I would. It took 3 tries to make my drink. Jordan was extremely rude and then took an even lower road and bad mouthed me with a customer right in front of me. Sorry Jordan but three tries to make a drink with no foam is your issue not the customers. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. They treat customers as one and done tourists. Not all of are tourists. Will not be back.
