Oh. My. Gosh. Don’t walk, run here if you are visiting Cody, WY this summer. This is not your usual steak and potatoes restaurant. Here they offer small plates and pizzas. The atmosphere is fantastic, the service is on point, and let me tell you…. I will be dreaming about their Bloody Mary deviled eggs. My husband and I each ordered a cocktail off the menu. Both were on point. Perfectly balanced. We then shared the deviled eggs and Wagyu sliders with goat cheese and bacon jam. We will be back for sure. So glad we are spending a few months here. Who knew Cody, WY boasted such a fantastic and eclectic restaurant!

Stayed in Cody while visiting Yellowstone. Stopped at Blanca for some lunch. Our waitress was a skinny brunette girl who seemed very scatter brained and rude. She was rushing us to get out and pay instead of letting us enjoy our time. The atmosphere of the place deserves much better food. The food itself was good but the presentation was lacking. Overall good but could be way better.

This new eatery is getting buzz in Cody. We had a fun dinner from a creative menu in a lively but not too noisy atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and the servers are charming. What a fantastic find for lunch in Cody, Wyoming. We had the wings, pork, belly, tacos, and spinach salad, and all three were amazing. And their beer selection was perfect for us as well. If this is not one of the best restaurants in Cody I’d be amazed.

Not impressed. Atmosphere was great & one of the cocktails, aviator was great. Service was very slow during lunch/afternoon. I don’t understand the good reviews? Maybe better during a busier time? Felt like they could care less we were there. Too bad.

Big city experience in a down home community. The cocktails and menu offered here could hold their own in any big city, with none of those hassles and the rodeo just down the block. Excellent nice-dinner-out venue, and don’t sleep on the beignets…
