I had a very very bad experience today. Someone coming out of the drive through around the building almost hit my 3 year old child and I. I believe God was watching over us to top it off we had to pay for our own meal!! I ask her to get her license plate but she was holding the door for us! She was sppeding.. to inch more she would have hit us. My heart was throwing in shock..

I really like the food but, at this location, I can never seen to get a decent soda. Last time, I finally asked for something different. The fella that got the new drink said he saw it and it was fine. The first sip was better but the rest seemed flat. I usually have my neighbor with me and he feels the same. That day, we switched from Diet Dr pepper to coke zero. The coke zero was better but still not right. It just seems to be this location and has been going on for nearly a year. Maybe they need a good cleaning of the entire soda machine?

Waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes. The food was gross. I asked if the curly fries were fresh & he assured me that they just came out of the fryer. Got home & they were ice cold & stale. The roast beef was very dry. Not going back.

First off customer service was top notch, very polite from the order taker to the person at the window. Had to wait for fries but hey they were fresh fresh and you can’t complain about that!!! The sandwiches were phenomenal, very tasty!!!! From the Drive thru the store looked like it was as clean as it could be for a kitchen !! Overall this was the best visit I’ve ever had at an Arby’s!!!!
