Just got back from Outback in Southgate. Won’t be going back. When we arrived the mat in front of the door was covered in ice. I told them at the desk and ask them to salted it. The mat was the same when we left. Salad had to be returned due to rotted lettuce. Husband‘s steak was half fat. Manager was yelling at the kitchen staff about bread not being in the oven and them being open for two more hours. Swearing was going on in the kitchen. We had a great waiter and we told him how bad the steak was. We did not ask for the manager but she came out. She was rude and told us that ribeye steaks are always very fatty. And she was sorry about the salad. She did nothing about it.
