Food was delicious, but I love the roast beef! They have some great other various sandwiches too, Gyro, Ruben, chicken, fish etc, with various sides. Had the Gyro before, it was very good. Best chocolate shakes of any fast food, rivals Wendy’s Frosty! Unfortunately, the visit this evening we were unable to go in the lobby to order as they were under staffed. But the few working were busting thier tails and all deserve a raise. Very kind and considerate.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT place a mobile order here. Waited 30 minutes for my food at the counter and watched 5 people come and go who placed orders after me including drive thru. Awful. Go to Zaxby’s down the street instead.

I sent in an order through Door Dash from the Taylor Road location in Chesapeake and when it was delivered it was short one item. I called Arby’s and was told I could come and pick it up that night or the next day and the apology almost sounded like an afterthought. I wasn’t offered any compensation at all for having to come and pick my granddaughters dinner while recovering from a migraine, which is why I had it delivered in the first place. I’ve dealt with the public for over fourty years and I’ve never neglected to immediately and sincerely apologize for any mistakes I made and tried to compensate in some small way at least. Customer service is an integral part of any business and I was sorely disappointed. Perhaps some customer service training would be in order.

This location has had it’s problems over the years. I live near it, so I’ve been a customer since it was built. However, in the past 6 months (at least) they’ve really turned things around. The staff is courteous & the food is ready quickly. Give them a try!

I work across the street so I go there for lunch. I’ve ordered the fish a few weeks ago and got severely sick from it. Just recently I ordered the gyro sandwich and got sick again. I wont be disrespectful and tell you not to go. Im just not happy with the food.
