Waited for exactly 17 minutes in drive thru only person in line no one inside eating ordered 2 small cheese burgers when they finally came they were cold watched as 3 employees just stood around on their phones and laughed and talked, I’d have been fine if food was hot I don’t mind waiting for hot food but when I grab the burger out of the bag before I leave the parking lot and it’s cold I have a problem. I do not recommend this place at all, this is not the first time this has happened it has happened numerous times in the last 2 months sorriest group of employees I have ever met, do yourself a favor and make the drive to Princeton it will take nearly as long as waiting for Pikeville.

This Hardee’s was a surprise. I don’t normally eat at Hardee’s, but it was the only fast food place I could find in the area. I ordered a burger with lettuce and tomato and it was $ignificantly higher than you would pay at any other fast food place. The food was good.

The assistant manager was rude while taking our order. From the looks of it they are short staff however the customer should never know what the business needs are. Then we sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes after I advised her of her attitude. I also work in customer service at the corporate level and this is definitely an opportunity moment for the management team here at Hardee’s! I did want to point out the food was fresh!

This place needs to be shut down. Who the hell is giving this place a decent review? They probably hired someone to write hood reviews to cover up the real review from real customers. Recent visit this morning, Saturday April 22 2023. Dinning room closed. Long line at the drive through. Ordered after waiting in line 38 minutes. 4 munutes later a worker came along the cars in the line and said their ovens broke down and they were not making biscuits. More cars pulling in to parking lot and driving around the store, making it a risky venture to get out of line and back onto the street. Why is this place is not shut down? Must be someone giving kick backs to town or something.

Food was not good!! The hot dog had a ton of mustard and little chili! Chicken club -no bacon??? Chicken was tough, needed a steak knife to eat it! Drinks were all off on flavor! People were very friendly though!!

Edit 04/2023: I visit this place once a week for breakfast. They seem to have 3 to 5 staff members inside, but I only ever see 2 of them. This new morning staff all seem older in age (40+ it seems) and really do their jobs amazingly! The food is always fresh, service is always fast, and the employees are always professional and nice.
