My daughter ordered a breakfast wrap but after a few bites it was still FROZEN! She complained and they said they hadn’t received any other complaints and refused to remedy the situation. This is a good safety issue and is unacceptable. Really poor customer service.

Love this Starbucks! My first stop before work to get coffee. I often either go in or drive thru, either or the service has always been phenomenal. The drive thru always moves super fast. I think some people are mixing this Starbucks up with other locations because of the photos. This location has always been great!

Love this Starbucks never have had a problem with it. Always make my drink’s correct only problem is that they are always UNDER STAFFED. So there might be a line. I would be waiting in line just watching a poor boy handling 6+ drinks by himself. Other than that no problem with it just need to hire more baristas.

This Target/Starbucks provides a very BAD service from manager to employees. The manager was not transparent She used different ingredients to make my drink and made me a size I didn’t ask for, the manager went to get some ingredient from elsewhere bur not from the Starbucks storage which is clearly located behind the counter.

Workers are rude and racist. As a white woman I asked my african american niece to just get me a cup of ice and they gave her a tall cup. When I went in there and asked the same thing they gave me the largest cup. Also for african americans they just throw their drinks together as opposed to taking their time to make the white folks drinks look picture perfect.

Very poor and understaffed location. Twice my london fog had the wrong tea in it, and the employees act as if they hate their lives…..definitely not worth the long waits
