I haven’t had taco casa in years. So idk if the portions got smaller and the prices went up or what but I definitely felt like my taco salad was skimpy today. More ranch dressing than they gave me meat the container was barely filled up and they could have definitely given me more cheese. They were way too heavy on the ranch it overpowered everything else. Great service but I definitely need to check my food next time.

Portions keep getting smaller and smaller. Prices get higher and higher. But it is very good. Have to say that.. staff friendly. Quick service. Very clean nice place.

Always genuine people and genuine atmosphere. The food is good, the staff is authentic. A good break for taco salad when tired of taco bell and cancun. Unique taste and blend. Great price for value.

I have been coming to taco Casa for years. Today was the first time that I’ve ever been treated the way that I was. The cashier that took my order was new and he messed my order up and he apologize for messing my order up. The owner came up after I placed my order to try to help the new cashier only for my order to be messed up even more I asked for no meat, and when I receive my order it had meat on it, the owner remade it only for to be wrong again I called to let them know they messed my order up. I was only looking for an apology only for the owner to get rude with me and tell me I was all over the place with my order that I’ve been ordering for over two years same thing, I’m very disappointed in the portions of the food and the attitude of the owner. Very rude and disrespectful. I will never return.

Initially I didn’t think I was going to like it. I was quick to judge after entering and saw a few things out of place. Maybe I was just nitpicking. But once I got the food my mind quickly changed. It was some of the best authentic Mexican food I’ve had in a long time. It was absolutely delicious and forced me to overlook the minor things like the broken sauce dispenser at the condiment counter or maybe the bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner with paper towels or a working hand dryer. The fish tacos were absolutely amazing and the taco salad left me speechless. I’m definitely going back. I will say that the tables and the eating area were clean and the floor was swept so the minor indiscretions weren’t as bad as I initially thought they would be. This is definitely a place that you want to go for lunch. Or a quick snack or take out.

Absolutely horrible experience! I was at the Smith Rd location with my daughter earlier for the first time in a long time. They had just opened and seemed very disorganized but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The store and bathroom were not very clean for having just opened. The food was good and the employee apologized for some of the confusion with our order. I recommended to the rest of our family and some friends that they should try the taco salad. Placed an order via Door Dash later that evening and the store sent it with another person and refused to re- make our order. The shift manager was more worried about eating than helping resolved the issue. The store was also filthy by this time. The staff yelled and cussed at my husband and came out from behind the counter threatening him. Never give this location business!!

Everything was good, except for the chips were stale, but I usually never get chips. Anyway, everything else was good in the bathroom was clean.

Always good food at decent price. Needs a jukebox like the olden days with on on Erie Ave. Used to dine and work at Erie location (now gone) so I might be biased a bit.
