First of all, this isn’t what I ordered, and it straight up came like this. I called the store to let them know that this isn’t what I ordered and they just argued with me and told me they just do what’s on the ticket. They were extremely rude and just acted like they didn’t care. I don’t know how they are still open with that lack of customer service. There are better places with better staff, I hate to write a bad review but I don’t want anyone to have this experience!

I love the pizza. Jet’s is a favorite at our house, and the people here are really nice, but they never have masks on, and I haven’t seen any evidence that ownership or management has put any precautions in place to protect employees or customers other than maybe a hand sanitizer dispenser that I have never seen being used. I visit often enough this is clearly not a fluke. I am thinking I should spend my money at a restaurant where they do care. This makes me sad because I love the pizza and have been a regular customer for many years, but I just can’t abide such irresponsible behavior.
