We were looking for something before we headed back home, see Fat Shack. We have never heard of one or seen on and thought we would try it. We tried to order no explained then menu to us. I asked the lady taking our order about the wings and breading but she really wasn’t helpful. My husband order a sandwich and it was just covered all over in the sauce inside and out. No where on the menu did it say that the sandwich would be smothered in sauce. He asked for them to remake it with no sauce and got nothing but attitude from the staff. If you smother a sandwich you should put that so people know how to order. The wait was long to get our food in the first place. We will not be going back and we will not recommend this place to anyone. The service was poor, the food was to high priced for the quantity and quality. If you have dietary restrictions this is definitely NOT the place to go.

Monica is such an awesome cashier! She helped us with ordering and was so friendly. She gave us the WI-FI password. Checked on us several times to make sure that the everything was good and if we needed anything! Overall this place needs way over 5 stars! Definitely Recommend this place!

Went in tonight and ordered our usual, the guy that took our order looked checked out an hour before closing. Made me feel stupid and like I was inconveniencing him for ordering what I ordered and even tried to change the entire sandwich to something I didn’t want. They forgot to put an item on my husbands sandwich altogether and didn’t give us our fried Oreo bites but made us pay for them. Definitely going to the northglenn location. Might be a drive but the food and people are better.

Not bad – it’s not amazing, but it’s not bad. It certainly delivers on the name, and it definitely has a particular vibe of “all things deep fried, and only deep fried.” If you’re into that sort of thing, here’s your place! I like fries and chicken fingers and mozzarella sticks as much as the next American, and in theory, mashing it altogether on a sandwich with some cheese sauce, lettuce, and ranch sounds like a great idea… But when most of the ingredients on the sandwich have the same flavor and texture (deep fried crunches), it’s kinda meh. Once I ditched the bread and started eating the innards individually, it was great! The cheese sauce is delicious. Had the cheesecake bites for dessert, those were amazing 🙂 all the staff was very friendly and service was fast. Little pricier than I imagined, $35 for two sandwiches, sodas and 3 cheesecake bites, but oh well.

Way over priced and it take 30 mins for a burger and a fry WTH!! Get some faster workers in there. It shouldn’t take that long for 1 burger and fry!!! in-N-Out is half the price and 100 times better and faster!!! Definitely won’t be going back…

Super friendly location in Wheat Ridge for some indulgent guilt pleasure food! Not sure where else I could get a sandwich with cheese steak, chicken fingers, fries, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and jalapeno poppers all housed in one pita style location. Great cheese fries too. Polish it all off with some deep fried desserts coated in powdered sugar! I chose some Oreos and chocolate chip cookies. Stop in. Good selection of sporting events playing on their TVs.
