I don’t know who the new managers/ owners are but I was told this location no longer accepts coupons / mobile orders… please tell the new owners/management to stop being so CHEAP and honor the rewards program and use of the mobile app. IF this location is not going to accept mobile orders… turn off mobile ordering so that people don’t waste their time ordering via the app, get to the speaker, and be told they can’t accept the order bc they do not deal with the app and then have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund. What an inconvenience.

Not good. My last 2 chicken sandwiches were raw, the employees refuse to honor the sales the giant billboard outside the restaurant is advertising, and the restaurant, despite being only a few years old, is filthy. Corporate doesn’t care to fix it. Worst restaurant in Clanton, by far. Hopefully this plays goes out of business so a better restaurant can take its place.

Crying shame for this location to ruin such a good menu in Popeye’s. Service is a no show, food will be terrible regardless of time of day, and to save from having to do any work they will be “out” of half the menu. Do not waste your time and money on this place.

If I could give a zero I would. A black female employee took advantage of a mentally handicap man. An order for 8.99 + tax cost him over $28 + few cents. She pocketed the money. Refused a receipt. This man buys the same thing just about Every other day. The phone is always off the hook til they close. Corporate wasn’t happy about it. Still waiting for full refund.

WOULD have put 0 but the restaurant was not dirty We! We went in after church, after 1. There was one lady taking orders for 4 different people in line inside & there was a lady working the drive through & 2 cooks! The lady taking our orders was SOOO RUDE! She was listening to her phone or something she had in her ear. EVERYONE OF US IN LINE REPEATED OUR ORDER TO HER “3” TIMES!! She never looked up just kept her head down, it was definitely clear she did not want to be at work!! One man even ask if she listening? I HAVE BEEN TO THIS POPEYE SEVERAL TIMES & NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS, But I have always gone though drive through. We really like Popeyes but probably will never go to this location again. Several of us ordered sweet tea & it was behind the counter, oh you would have thought we ask for her kidney!! Our chicken had GREASE “RUNNING OUT” NOT DROPPING ACTUALLY RAN OUT LIKE!! NASTY, Others were complaining of the theirs having grease running out. We tried to soak it up with napkin but it was SOOO MUCH GREASE! We did not get our biscuits and had to ask, we stood “8” minutes trying to get our biscuits, forks & ketchup!! HORRIBLE SERVICE & the lady doing drive through gave it to us!! I told everyone to complain because that’s the only way to let management know! AFTER WE GOT OUR ORDERS EVERY ONE EXCEPT A LADY THAT HAD BEEN COOKING LEFT FOR OUT BACK OR BREAKROOM OR ?? Just disappeared!! REALLY NOT PROFESSIONAL!!THE OTHER PEOPLE THAT WAS THERE SAID THEY WANT BE BACK EITHER…HATE TO SEE POPEYES HAVE AN ISSUE because this is the only one even close BUT will get my chicken at Jack’s or Walmart. PLEASE PLEASE CARE AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE STAFF YOU HAD TODAY!!

Customer Service is uncalled for, the cashier look like she was going to a nightclub and always on there phone! Biscuits were left over from day before could have knocked a window out, rice was cold and cashier didn’t know the specials n wanted you to order on line while your at the drive thru window. OVER PRICED
