The food was good! the upselling is getting a little ridiculous again. I know what I want before I arrive. asking 10 times at the order board if I want this or do I want to try this is getting really old. Concentrate more on good food and correct and quick service and people will come back.

We stopped in for sit down service around 8pm on a Sunday and noticed it didn’t close till 9pm, we asked if they didn’t mind serving so late and we got a nice smile and caring attitude from the front counter. Ordered our meal and waited at our booth. Inside the bathrooms smelled horrible as soon as you walk in but thankfully they are blocked by another door from the restaurant. Floor was sticky, and we checked two docent tables before picking on and cleaning it ourselves, (we were the only ones besides another small family.) Food was handed out again with a nice smile and nice attitude. Food on the other hand was very much below average. Meat was cold, buns soggy, fries and onion rings were old and semi warm. Yes, we could have gone and complained but anymore what’s use? What few bites we ate since kids were hungry, then we just politely left and said thank you.

Went thier for breakfast, absolutely terrible. Ordered two meals. Loaded burrito and monster whatever. The burrito had less food in it then a dollar menu item at taco bell, it was so empty that it was flatter the a soda lid. They forgot the potatoes for both orders, and when I went to get them they tried to make it right by giving me two apple pies for free, except that the oil they used was so old and nasty that they made me throw up and actually got me sick. The monster breakfast sandwich was smaller then a egg Mcmuffin. And all of it tasted absolutely terrible. No value, no quality. Just a group of thieves poisoning people and stealing money from the community as a whole. Coffee was okay.

They did not toast the bread for the sourdough burger. The new chicken sandwich sucked. THIS PLACE SUCKS. I KEEP TRYING TO GIVE IT ANOTHER CHANCE CAUSE I LOVED CARLS JR IN VEGAS BUT THE HARDEE’S IN GILLETTE HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD. Everytime we come here it takes at least a half hour or more to receive your food cause I have a big family

The girls at the counter were very polite, however, when I sent my double cheeseburger back because a smashed burger is just not acceptable, the “burger boy” says loudly (as so all in restaurant can hear), “hes really complaining about that?” Tell me, would any of you accept this burger? I guess thats why he’s flipping burgers and not employed elsewhere…
