They take FOREVER, like don’t expect your food in less than 20 minutes. It has taken up to 45 minutes to get my food correctly. On multiple occasions, I’ve gotten burnt food. Today’s burnt item was a chalupa. One time the potatoes were so hard and dried out, they were like stones and inedible. The staff are inattentive to customers at the counter to take orders and consistently have to ask what customers are waiting for 15 minutes into their wait. They also say you can’t substitute certain items that I consistently sub at several other locations. The dining room is also extremely cold.

I am allergic to sour cream and I told the cashier not to put sour cream on anything that was Sunday. Today I went back to let the manager know her name was Yvette what happened she assured me that it will not happen again. I was in between breaks so I ordered the same thing and as I’m driving on the highway I look in my box and a big glob of sour cream was on my food. At this point I think they were intentionally trying to kill me . The cashier Tonya laughed as if it was funny. Then ran in the back like a coward when I called her out. My life on the line and that wasn’t no laughing matter . I will never go to a Taco Bell again.

Got all the wrong sides went in to get the right ones and got attitude from the worker then opened my famous bowl and the chicken was several hours old. Couldn’t even eat it . I will never go there again.

This place is horrible. The drive thru wait time is ridiculous and insane. Way too long of a wait. The grease is always bad. The chicken do not always be fresh. It made me and my two kids very sick. I will not ever be eating at this location again. Horrible business. Should be shut down or hire new management.
