The food is very authentic, I’m originally from South Florida but moved to Atlanta in 2011, I came to Miami for a wedding and realized my normal establishment for Conch didn’t survive the Covid-19 economic downfall. We were recommended to come here and I was amazed how fresh the food was and truly authentic to the Bahamian culture. Everything is cooked and prepared to order, so you will wait but it’s WORTH IT!

This place is very slow. I waited almost 40 mins for just a conch salad and conch fritters. The conch salad is amazing. It has big pieces of conch all throughout, and it tastes just like home. It is absolutely delicious. I didn’t like the conch fritters. They were overcooked, they were not flavorful, and there were no conch pieces in the conch fritters. It just tasted like fried dough. I give those conch fritters a 0 because I have had so much better, but I will definitely go back for the conch salad.

Google says it opens at 2pm.. I was there at 1:55pm and no one was even there… went to have a snack at Hungry Howie and came back at 2:45pm. Someone was inside and said they will be open in 30 min. Left and did some running around and came back at 4:30pm…….. still not open, they claimed they have a delay and will be open in an hour. This place is a joke!!! Wasted my time..

Although I actually dont eat conch, I’ve had almost everything else on the menu! Conch Krawl is one of my favorite spots for authentic Bahamian cuisine. Hot tip: Order your food for pick up. Sometimes they get busy and get a little backed up on orders. Either way, it’s worth the wait!

Told me they don’t take orders online . Advise me that it will take 25 minutes once I pay . Sat in my car 40minutes (could have been more ) for one order of conch . Only one other customer there . Sat in my car patiently watched 2 other ladies come in !lol (maybe owner /owners friend). Asked where my food was after 40minutes because I seen the ladies eating , they said she is dropping it now !lol . I asked can I get a refund because I have to take my family to work and it has been at least 40minutes, she said no refunds .

Driving by and decided to stop in to check out the food. Small spot, seats maybe 16 ppl. One lady taking orders, and cleaning tables after guest have left while people are waiting to place an order. Food was good, I ordered conch fritters, 2 cracked conch dinners with peas and rice (excellent) steamed cabbage, and plantains, and 1 cracked conch and fry dinner totalling $50+. It must’ve took 30-40 mins. I understand it’s cooked to order but geeshhhhhh that’s a little lengthy. In all the food was worth it, but they need more help.
