Atmosphere was very nice for a bite. The Service was pleasant. I’ve heard a lot about the pizza but it really was noting to write home about. The pizza crust reminded me of Totino’s frozen pizza. I like Totino’s – but i will eat most pizza put in front of me. I was expecting more.

We walked in and was greeted by an amazing, Ms. Paulie. And Lala. They were amazing. More on Ms. Paulie in Kid section. The Pizza was good. The drinks kept overflowing, sweet tea. Lala kept checking on us every couple minutes. What amazing customer service dining experience.

Server was amazing and very nice. Every single table was dirty and not wiped down. When we got our food the meat was dry and overcooked. I felt bad for the servers because they had no help bussing. The front girls had to help clean tables off. The salad we ordered had a grit to it indicating that they don’t wash the lettuce before serving a salad. If I end up with food poisoning I will be notifying the health department.

Ledos food is always fantastic, but the service I received at this location was bland. The cashier was unenthusiastic and the overall experience was less than subpar. Not to mention my order was wrong. Will not be coming back here. Cashier’s name was Coshie or something like that.

The worst experience that we’ve had here. Sat there for 20 minutes until the waitress finally noticed that we sat down (even though we walked right past her when we first came in). Couldn’t get plates to spit our salad because the dishwasher was new and apparently very slow. The poor couple next to us had to wait 10 minutes for a cup for his soda when he finally suggest to her that she put it in a to go cup. Sat there again for another 15 minutes after we were done eating and had to flag her down for our check. The sat there again for 5 more minutes and she never came back to get it. Had to take it up front to get any attention. Our supposed Caesar salad (pictured) had tomatoes and green peppers. Pizza was a bit undercooked, the crust wasn’t Its usual crispy.

Try it for your self the service was great. Alot of places customers service is awful I was greeted with a smile . Made to feel valued . The pizza omg a must try . I got the the one with ham and pineapples that pizza delicious. High light it’s made to order. This place knows how to treat its customers.

I have been going to this Ledo’s for forever, I stopped about a year ago, I felt like their attention to detail started severely lacking. I tried to give them another shot, they are the closest location to me and once again they are leaving items off my order, not putting salad dressings in the bag. These may be tiny details but when it consistently keeps happening their is obviously a lack of training or a lack of responsibility put forth from the employees. I love Ledo’s and i will continue to be a patron. Just not at this location ever again. Future patrons, if ordering pick up, be sure to double check your bag, EVERY TIME!
