For a chain the quality of this pizza used to be the best choice in the area. I’ve been ordering from them for 11 years. Over the last two years the quality has gone down considerably. The pizza I got tonight, however, actually made me gag. I don’t know what the hell they changed but the banana peppers were disgusting and I usually love them. Overall, the pizza was a weird combo of bland and off-tasting. I would say they are using much lower quality ingredients instead of raising the prices to combat inflation.

We got Marcos for delivery a few weeks ago and it was great. Yesterday we ordered and after waiting an hour and a half (the website said 45 min) we called and the girl was so rude. She literally hung up in my husband who just asked how much longer it might be. After another 20 min I called and cancelled and she hung up on me. Neither of us were rude or raised our voice. Very disappointed.

The movie rental place this was built to be connected to closed down years ago. However, this has survived the closure. And theres only one explanation for that. Because it serves up FIRE pizzas consistently. Totally underrated pizza here. Worst thing about this place is that you must take it out to-go. There is no inside dining. I consider this a hidden gem due to its location. It has nothing nearby. Maybe you can take a stroll in the nearby graveyard if you want an activity while absolutely SCARFING down your pizza. Dont bite too quickly though. This stuff will literally burn your mouth if you eat it in your car in the parking lot. Its happened to me a few times.

I used to be a die-hard Marco’s fan, but over the last several years the quality is so hit or miss that it feels like a gamble every time we order. Today’s delivery was a new low and very disappointing. The pizza was just not good and the salad had a mystery blob that completely turned off my appetite. The only saving grace was the wings. It will be a while before I order again.

After today I’ll never be ordering here again. I eat here alot and the younger crowd is very rude. Especially the ones who are there today. The customer service was terrible. Very rude, I was hung up on twice. And all I was trying to do was switch my order from delivery to carry out. It’s unacceptable. I understand they are probably busy or just don’t want to be at work but come on now. They have to do better. No complaints on the food though. Just TERRIBLE customer service

They refuse to deliver to my neighborhood this is literally like the only place that we enjoy pizza from I’ve asked multiple times why and theyre response was we don’t deliver to the black neighborhoods anymore it’s a shame thats the reason I will be reporting this to the local news I even asked for the regional managers number and got hung up on
