First time coming to this location. Disappointed I was not. Cashier promptly greeted myself and companion. My companion was unsure of what they wanted so the kitchen weighed in if we had any questions he had a plethora of answers. Very awesome staff.

You order your own food and they deliver it to your table. Food is very good and I had spicy chicken sandwich. The french fries were really good also! Food is brought to your table quickly! Great for children too!! Hamburgers are called butter burgers! Very good!!

This store is clean and fresh. A great alternative to the typical more common fast food chains. I was excited to try the cheese curds. I waived off the upcharged marinara as good cheese curds don’t need it….however, the breading is that of a basic cheese stick which means it does need it. This store is fine and consisent with others in its chain but corpoate can take a look at their cheese stick coating for improvement. If you haven’t tried their other food and desert options, they are worth stoping in for a try.

Best chain I’ve ever been to! Tables and everything were so clean! There wasn’t even any dust anywhere. Food was amazing obviously, it came out super fast. To top it all off all of the employees were just so nice and attentive! Best dining experience in Pensacola so far, %1000 recommend eating here

My family came this evening (7/23) just to grab some ice cream. By the time it got to our table, the ice cream was melted, our server was completely rude, and we were told the reason why it was melted was because of our toppings. Call me crazy, but I don’t think Reese’s & brownie bites cause ice cream to melt.

If you want outstanding service go to this restaurant. The food is good but the customer service is over the top. I had a fish sandwich which was just okay – not a lot of flavor. My boyfriend had the pork sandwich. He enjoyed it but like the brisket better. Great experience!!
