This place is absolutely disgusting, they gave me rotten guac that was contaminated with lettuce and cheese. This is vey unsanitary and the app would not help me with the food quality issue. Additionally, I paid extra for the chicken al pastor and was given the regular chicken in my burrito. I will avoid this chipotle at all costs in the future.

Asked for double chicken and got less than what is usually a single serving at other locations. Asked the guy if it was double just in case he forgot and he said yes. Then luckily I noticed they forgot to give me the side of queso I had paid for before I left with my order.

Ordered a bowl with steak and got like 4 pieces of meat. Wait was too long for being the only one at the establishment. Service is horrible. I also asked for extra meat and girl gave me 1 piece.

Absolutely the worst chipotle I’ve ever been too. I am a honest reviewer and this place is an absolute joke. The staff are extremely rude and SLOW. I went in during peak dinner hours and they ran out of white and brown rice. I also asked for guacamole and was charged for barely one teeny scoop because that’s “all that was left”. There is no common sense on how to properly run customer service business. And to top it all off, my chicken bowl had multiple chicken pieces with BONES in them. See photo attached. Don’t waste your time or money, please go somewhere else.

A girl with a gun tattoo on her left arm on the line was disrespectful to customer and played victim to her manager. For one her customer see was horrible. She had a attitude when customer walked up. Then explain stereotypes the customer because they were making a order for someone else on the phone. The customer was polite until the girl began making her unsolicited remarks. The customer allowed two women who just walked up go in front of her and the girl still had a attitude. While the customer finished up her last orders that’s when the server pulls the manager and played victim like the customer was at fault when the customer wasn’t. The manager finishes the order but taking side of the worker who was wrong. The server goes to the back and threatens the customer with other employees that was working in the back and has no knowledge of what was happening in the front. By then the customer became agitated because now the whole working team seems to be rude and a nasty bunch of workers. Then have the nerve to give less than a spoonful of food in the order. They all even the manager needs to get it together. Or just find new jobs where they don’t have to work with people.

This chipotle is closest to me to I’ve ate here a couple times, when I tell you the meat is almost always raw and the rice is ALWAYS hard believe me. I’ve gotten burritos and steak bowls each and every time that rice is hard as a brick. Worst customer service! Boo
