Didn’t take cash at main register and then it took about 10 minutes to get my food and receipt. Food was not made fresh. Looked like a bunch of new hires like they were confused. It was clean looking, but I will NOT go back. $12.39 for a medium Wagyu combo!

This location lacks in customer service and never seems to be staffed enough to meet demand. The black male manager is rude and racist. They do not house enough cash to allow for the use of cash at this location either. It’s still America and people still use cash. Get it together or close down!

we’ve used this Arby’s many times, and were fine; however, tonight I found out how they are keeping their profits up during our current tough times. I got a ‘market fresh’ turkey sandwich; took it home, l looked inside the bread and found a ridiculously SMALL amount of turkey; it literally was 1 slice of turkey crumbled in the middle. I actually added some deli meat I had at home to the sandwich; I’ve never had to do that before. This on top of the fact they raise their prices is just crazy; I won’t be back. They need to change their commercial; they may have the meats, but you won’t get much of it.
