Decided to give this place a try. They support a good cause! Purchased a small Hook and Ladder sub. It was nothing special. Very little meat on it – very shaved, like tiny bits of meat – not slices. Bread was like a soft white roll, spongy and plain. Liked the pickle on the side. I know that their hot subs are better, and they have quality meats….just put more on and get better sub rolls!

Firehouse Subs has a nice menu with their style of subs. Choices are good and pickle, chips and cookie for sides. Staff was friendly and prompt with the preparation. The store seems to have embraced the to-go business over the in store dining. They no longer ask if the order is for dine-in or to go. Everything is assumed to go. The dining room lacked cleaning, the garbage was full. Overall it no longer welcomes you as a place to stay and eat your meal.

Good place but I wouldn’t recommend ordering pickup. They hide your order on a rack that leads into the kitchen and they expect you to know that you’re allowed in that area. They also don’t put your drink with your order so pretty strong chance you’ll leave without your drink if you don’t check the bag.

They do a great job with the food. However I called during lunch to ask for something to add onto my order and they would not answer the phone. When they finally did after 5 minutes, they barely let me get my request in and then hung up on me. Terrible customer service.

I was just in your store this afternoon and I am shocked and disgusted by how your staff treated a customer who came in to inquire about the kids birthday program; a program that is ON YOUR WEBSITE. A woman named Sarah Bush, who is apparently a “regional manager“, was exceedingly rude and disrespectful to this customer. In my decade of working customer service, I have never seen anything like that, nor would I have acted that way. I actually lost my appetite watching this unfold in front of me. This is not how someone in customer service should act. The customer didn’t deserve to be treated that way and then ALSO be threatened. Do not recommend this location and everyone should avoid at every cost. I will not be returning. If I could give this location -100 stars, I would.
