The whole place is disgustingly dirty. The gift card rack at the cash register had so much dust it looked like fur. Credit card machine is grimy filthy like it’s never been cleaned. So much for covid cleaning protocol. The ladies bathroom was disgusting. The sink and toilet hasn’t been cleaned in a long time.

Never have anything in stock always out of chicken, chips, sour cream, guacamole, cups, etc. whoever runs this place needs to get their act together and not allow 16 and 17 year-old kids to manage this restaurant because there is no way chipotle corporate would allow this franchise to continue to run the way it is. Bathrooms are dirty, tables are always dirty, kids eating out of the actual trays with cups that are working behind the counter. Unbelievable and probably not even meeting health standards for the county.

Yo seriously, y’all need to tighten up at this location. The dining room was a huge mess that it grossed me out just eating my food there, I was legit disgusted and that never happens to me…what’s even crazier is there was enough employees working to spare some time to clean the dining room. I got me a cup of water and there was like black mold spots inside my water. My food had a weird taste than usual. I usually eat at chipotle at other locations once in a while but that was a bad experience. So bad I even signed on to my email just to post this. Only positive I will say was my service was good and the girl making my food was nice. But other than that….tighten up bro.

I wanted a bowl with al pastor chicken at around 7:00. I was told they didn’t have any. The black beans bin was empty except for a crusty mess. The white beans equally crusty and non existent. I told the serving girl that I did not understand how it is that you don’t have fresh food, especially at “Prime Time”.

I ordered a steak salad which was two additional dollars and it was delivered by DoorDash and when I got it less than 15 minutes after I ordered it it was already dripping out of the bag and I opened the salad and it was the soupy mush with soggy lettuce and there wasn’t an ounce of meat in there. The fact that I paid two extra dollars for a higher grade of meat and didn’t even receive any meat at all. Highly upset with this chipotle. I’ve never had an issue until ordering from this location.
