First time I have ever experienced rude customer service at a Casey’s. Usually when I walk in I’m always greeted. The cashier “Sanderly” according to my receipt was extremely rude and blaming me for “messing up her computer” when I was putting in my rewards. She kept shaking her head and talking under her breath. When I asked for a receipt she acted like it was a huge inconvenience to her.

I was just at Casey’s in Somonauk IL and I can not say enough good things about the clerk running the counter. There was a long line as it was rush hour in our small town with few gas stations, and she was handling two registers to get us all out of there quickly. I wish I had got her name because she deserves some recognition!!!

Best pizza ever and the hamburgers are good, too. Young man behind the counter came out from behind to open the door for a handicap person which I would have if he didn’t. I told him I was proud of him being so thoughtful. Casey’s is an awesome gem. Wish there were more by me.

I have gone here numerous times to attempt to grab a couple slices of pizza for dinner and their pizza warmers (they now have 2) are empty or the slices are visible old and dry. I’ve learned my lesson, drive further to a different location and end up saving time over stopping 2 places.

Card machines never work here when everywhere I go takes my card immediately. Pumps are always broken. Staff is completely useless. Would not recommend, just go to the Citgo down the street for the same price and better service.

Chris, the cashier was GREAT! We showed up like 10 minutes early of our pizza being done… this was at 12 am. And we paid, and made it known we were gone a wait in our car for the pizza to be ready. Next thing we know, CHRIS is bringing our pizza out to OUR CAR! Never even expected it. Thought we would have to go inside to get it. But Chris was a true gentlemen and brought it to us. Found us out of all the cars in the parking lot. Just wanted to give him a shout out!

The staff here need to be trained on there attitude. I went in for hot chocolate, when I used it, a puddle of chocolate was oozing from under the machine. I notified an employee and she growled and snapped “thank you” at me.

Between my husband and I we stop at Casey’s at the least 1 time per day. Yesterday I met my daughter at the Somonauk, IL location because it’s a halfway point for us when going to visit my sick father in the hospital. I told her just park there out of the way and we can drive together. I myself have worked for 2 gas stations and wouldn’t bat an eye if people did that as long as they aren’t taking up pump space or parked right in front where customers park. Well I think it may have been where employees park because when we got back a whole 4 hours later she had a nasty sign on her car about it being private property and next time she’ll be towed. Signed by management. WOW! It’s a gas station with people always in and out. Well guess whos cars won’t ever be in and out of that Casey’s lot every single day?! OURS! You lost daily customers over being petty about someone parking in your lot. A one horse town mind you where it shouldn’t have even been an issue.
