This location was great! The old Chuck E’ Cheese band gave me a moment of nostalgia. The young ladies working that day were very helpful and welcoming. There was a male worker cleaning the machines throughout our entire visit. My mom thoughts of germs was put to rest seeing that during our hour long visit. Many Thanks!

Made a long drive to this specific location, because my son desperately wanted to see the animatronic stage show, which are apparently far and few between. I was super impressed with the enthusiastic greeting from the man putting stamps on hands and the woman, who I believe was named Madison based on our receipt, when walking in the door. Madison was a gem all day, very kind and helpful. When Chuck-E came out to greet the kids, he hung out, shot baskets, played skee-ball with my son, and played a Batman game with other kids. The stage show was in good working order, as were all the other games. The salad bar was very clean and nice, as was the rest of the establishment. The pizza was yummy! I was all around impressed with this location! And I hope the nostalgic stage show sticks around 🙂

I had a great time! The staff was extremely friendly, Adrianna stood out as very approachable. The pizza tasted great, and I was ecstatic to see the animatronics still (mostly) in working order. I hope these models are kept alive for as long as possible. The prizes seemed a little pricey for what they were.

The food was okay. The service not so much. I was standing at the register the employee had her back to me on a phone. Standing across from her was another employee. She never told her i was waiting. I finally said excuse me and she turned around and said sorry didn’t know you were there. I asked the other girl why she didn’t tell her I was waiting. The response was I’m off. You have got to be kidding. It was rude . Also there were literally kids trying to tear up the games. I sat and watched parents nor staff try to stop them.

TERIBLE. Went there and almost all of the games were out of order, also a worker seemed to be high, or just stupid. One worker said the f word infront of children, and another worker was informed they had scanned and item for the wrong amount of tickets and proceeded to yell at a CHILD, and for the rest of the night gave that child dirty looks. This place deserves negative stars!

Enjoyed a relatively empty store, it was very clean. Temperatures were taken at the entrance, hand sanitizer use was enforced upon entry, and everyone over the age of 3 were required to wear masks.

It has animatronics the three stage bots that where originally the rock-afire explosion from showbiz pizza place in the 80s I hate Chuck E. Cheese corporate but love the animatronics and I hope that this manager reads this! if the manager is reading this could I keep one of the animatronics that would be amazing

Employees don’t pay attention to who enters the building. Prices went ridiculously high and the card system is dumb. No more coins or tickets. Everyone lets their kids act like brats. This place is a joke.
