Heard a lot about Wardlaw’s Lucky Eye Q and had to visit. It did not disappoint! This BBQ joint reminds me of one’s in Texas. Staff was super friendly and ready to serve. Walking up to the point of order was greeted by a beautifully smoked brisket. Since this was my first time ordered the “Let’s Eat combo platter”. You get 3 meats & 2 sides of your choice for $28. Easily split between 2 people. Our choice was brisket, ribs, & chicken. Brisket was as advertised being moist, tender, and full of flavor. Ribs were a delight having enough pull away from the bone but still being tender. Chicken was the “least” favorite of the platter. The chicken skin was crispy and meat was good. Just hard to stack up against all the beef and pork goodness. Enjoyed having the 3 styles of sauces. You don’t need it but was nice to complement the bbq. For dessert it was banana pudding. THE best I have had since my grandma. In short – GO and have a great meal!

It’s so awesome to see the Owner of the place greeting you, and serving you a plate of their fresh and delicious BBQ Everytime I have eaten here we have been greated by smiling faces and served with OUTSTANDING service!! There is a reason why people are traveling from Nashville Tennessee & Birmingham Alabama to get a taste of this BBQ The whole restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and I love the home cooked taste of the food. If you haven’t gotten a chance to try Lucky Eye Q’s yet, I recommend you plan a trip ASAP!! ❤️

Simply amazing. Some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had! Lafayette, Ga should be proud to host an establishment of this caliber. The brisket, pulled pork, sausage, pork ribs, beef ribs, barbecue chicken, and sides were all fantastic. #1 ranked BBQ in all of Georgia in my opinion. We came from Chattanooga, TN via recommendation for the areas best BBQ by a long shot.

This is best BBQ we have ever had. My Husband and I came here to eat at the recommendation of a friend. We have never been so excited about a restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing! We have never been to a restaurant that made food on this scale. We don’t usually go out to eat anymore for 3 reasons. 1. Prices are outrageous. 2. My Husband smokes better food than most restaurants. And 3. Customer service is basically non existent.

The BEST Texas style brisket this side of the river. Hands down the best bbq, sausage, sides (try the beans) and banana pudding. Small town atmosphere and small dining area. Get there early and avoid the long line. Looking forward to another round.
