This place is the worse. My husband and I stopped there on our way to the train station. The dining room was disgusting. We were sliding on the greasy floor and I was sticking to the floor by the drink machine. There were no less than 6 employees just standing around and talking and laughing. The windows were filthy. Manager at the time acted as if we were inconveniencing them. Returned today on our way back to the train station. Placed our order and the girl taking the order was incompetent. The floor and windows were still disgusting. Five employees just standing around. The coke was just seltzer water. When I mentioned it at the counter one employee said it was the same the day before. I had to ask if I could get a coke from the drive thru machine. They weren’t happy with the request. Non employees were behind the counter. Four employees came in with pizzas from papa John’s. Nope, never going back. Corporate should be in there and firing everyone and start over in that location.

I came into this Burger King after me and my husband had a divorce and I was heading back my house before the eviction notice had to proceed, and I went to THIS burger to feed my starving autistic 4 year old boy……and as I walked in and started making my order…. The man that was taking my order looked at my son and started….laughing…….even after I finished making the order and sat down with my son, trying to not cry due to the court room I had to bare to sit in…. The man POINTED at my son with his other employees and started LAUGHING behind the counter……they don’t know what me nor my autistic son was going through, this is terrible customer service, and I WILL NOT tolerate this, the man that made fun of my autistic son was a tall white man, with brown eyes and brown hair with a scuffed beard…..Please fire this man.

I went there the other day on break and I have never been more disgusted in my entire life! If I could rate this place negative I WOULD! I saw the workers there messing around and doing things you shouldn’t be doing. When I took a bite out of my burger it was so raw I might as well bit into an actual cow at that point. One of the workers named Austin was extremely rude to me for no reason and I hope he gets fired! The food was atrocious and so were the workers. I will never be coming back to this place until things change here!

I went in the other day with my family to get lunch and overheard the kitchen staff screaming and saying the n-word!! I was so shocked to hear this and looking at them most if not all were white men!! This is completely unacceptable and needs to be stopped. I one who took my order seemed to be yelling it the most when he ran back to the kitchen. He’s a tall white man, with brown hair and brown eyes. He had his hair pulled up in a man bun and it looked like he has a semi shaven beard. This is completely unacceptable and I really feel like something needs to be done about it.
