This place has the only bathroom available, and you must pay to use, bad attitudes from the cashiers as well. The bathroom was flooded as well and had 1 toilet. pit stop

There were 3 people working there. Ashley was the rudest cashier I have ever met in my entire life. I asked for the bathroom code to use the restroom and they said I would have to purchase something. When I said I wanted to go through the drive thru with it family they reiterated I would need to buy something. I bought something from the kiosk to use the bathroom and when I asked for the code, they were very rude. I then requested a refund. Ashley told me that I wasn’t allowed to get a refund because we got the code from the bathroom. (didn’t even use the bathroom) when I asked for the manager she told me the managers name is Karina and would provide a phone number. Don’t ever stop here!!!!!

On August 4th 2023, Around 7pm. I went to ask politely if my baby brother could the bathroom. I saw that the sign said drive thru only but I wasn’t interested in ordering any food. The worker was extremely rude and kept pointing at the sign after I repeatedly said that he needs to use the bathroom. She even made a disgusted face at us and shooed us away. She then rolled her eyes. I was appalled by this behavior towards a child!! Terrible Customer Service!

They won’t let you use a Dunkin Donuts bathroom without paying…. I have never been to a Dunkin Donuts that makes you pay to use the bathroom. There is an actual lock on the door….

The service sucks now, they told me they don’t have frozen coffee and that I could get an iced coffee. The staff now seems out of it. Handing me drinks before payment. Very slow service. The customer behind me in the drive thru said f it and went by me with out their order.

They mess my order up every time!!! I just got a coffee from there and the sticker literally says 4 creams 4 vanilla and it has not a single drop of vanilla in it and the coffee taste old!
