We enjoy Rockford Ridge. We have ate there many times since the sixties. It wasn’t Rockford Ridge then. Some menu items have changed and some have not. Onion rings and mushrooms are always good. The Big cheesy is a good sandwich.

The food here is really good. My husband and I usually get burgers and are never disappointed. I have enjoyed every new thing I’ve tried here. It’s nice to come sit outside and eat lunch or dinner. The service is usually very good, even when they’re busy. Their milkshakes are the best in town.

The big cheesy is pretty good. The tenderloin is good. It’s like if McDonald’s and steak and shake had a kid and it was way better then the parents. But you should try it for yourself.

Went there today for lunch. Waited for our turn to order. After us pulled in another car and then 2 guys walked up to a table. Waitress waited on them. I asked her to take our order please and she got all hateful. It is not the customers fault she was the only wait staff. Also not the customers fault she can’t keep track of who she should be waiting on.

Use to be great place with wonderful food. Still great place only food is not up to standards. I went Saturday May 20, 2023 , I ordered Big Cheesy combo the burger had no cheese had only mayo, onion, lettuce and pickles. The meat was over cooked dried out and cold there was also cold fries. Also ordered tenderloin combo, cold fries and my friend said sandwich was not as good.

Could not believe they charged for water. $2.39 for the same as a soda . Never again for me. I understand a small charge for the cup but not the same price as a small soda. They only had 1 waitress. Poor girl was running her legs off.

Last Sunday on Mother’s Day we did not have a good experience. Usually we do but, she took our order, brought out our milkshakes and we sat for 35 minutes waiting for our food. When we got there they weren’t busy but, it started picking up and both waitresses kept taking more orders instead of ever bringing our food. She finally brought out the food and gave it to the wrong car where the lady preceded to go thru our food saying oh this isn’t our food! Ugh! It was ridiculous!

We hadnt been here for several years so we decided to go. Billie was our waitress. She was amazing. She makes the absolute best milk shakes in town. The food was delicious. We had a big cheesy, cheesy fries, homemade onion rings, spicy cheese balls and breaded tenderloin. Everything was perfect. Get over there and get you a shake and a bite.
