What can I say….this place has everything you want and so much more! Great staff that are knowledgeable, friendly and fun which is an excellent compliment to the ridiculously amazing tasting food! The fish and shrimp tacos were exceptional and the Boca-Rota was outstanding and packed with flavor. The drinks will not disappoint either! Liam and David, thank you for a wonderful evening!

Friendly staff, great bartenders, fun drinks, good vibes. We had a great time at the bar and split the app (I forgot the name but it was nice and cheesy). Went to the bar upstairs afterwards for live music and dancing. Great time!

Oh. My. Hidden gem for sure! New place but they clearly know what to do in the kitchen. JR was smart to suggest the fresh fish Mauna Loa. A-may-zing. Paired with their special variant Mai Tai or a Tropical Itch beverage and you have the most amazing meal for the price in Honolulu. Fish of the day topped with parm garlic sauce and garlic mashed potatoes. Huge portions. None of that froofroo sample size plate! Seriously great eats. Seriously good. This would make @guyfieri weep with joy. I mean that. Oh my…. My new happy place. ❤️❤️

This place is amazing! From the moment we walked in everyone was very welcoming, and the energy of the staff was en pointe, which is especially important to me because I was out with one of my trans friends. Everything is upscale, yet feels very comfortable, and they have absolutely created an authentic Tiki Bar atmosphere. We had the Dynamite Shrimp, and it is an experience of delight! I will be returning any time I am in Waikiki. Go check them out!

Went in looking for the restaurant that used to be here and found the Pupu House. Eddie took great care of us at the bar. I’ve eaten at Uncle Bo’s, and when we found out that this was one of his restaurants, we had to try it. It is amazing! We had the spicy shrimp appetizer, coconut shrimp appetizer, and some leme ahi poke appetizer. All amazing. Then we had the local fish special, and it was to die for. Uncle Bo was actually in the kitchen and we got to meet him. Very nice chef and very friendly with us. Eddie brought out a desert he called a hobo, which was a basket of beignets, a liquor sauce based on amoretto and honey whiskey and vanilla ice cream. We were all so full from dinner, but this was incredible. We all had 2 beignets each. This place is incredible, food from the famous chef Uncle Bo, and great service from Eddie. Can’t wait to go back and I can say this is one of the best meals in Waikiki. Go there!

We were in Waikiki for three days before we discovered Pupu House on the recommendation of Jesse. But once we tried it, we went back two nights in a row. In the crowded area of downtown Waikiki, I would challenge anyone to find better food for a better price in a better atmosphere with better staff. It is hands down the best food and drink experience we have found in the area. But I guess you could also just be one of the hundreds of people waiting in line at Cheesecake Factory (seriously what is with that???)

I came in for a casual drink, and sat at the bar. Two hours later, Josh, who was sitting right beside me, said “my drink tastes as if an angel peed in my mouth.”

3 kama aina went here to check it out. Waiter was very nice even though he seemed overwhelmed by being the only waitstaff at that hour. We had the last table far back left side. The ambiance around us was hideous. The food was less than memorable.

Beautiful food, fresh & tasty, fast service. The place was buzzing! Drinks and service good, a mix up with cost, just be aware of extra taxes & tips. Food delish!

A slice of local heaven served up by a crew of enthusiasts and food lovers who are passionate and lovable. Stand out for us was the Salt and Vinegar chicken wings and the garlic cheesy bread. Great service, thanks!
