food had been sitting out since we arrived, we were there for maybe 30-45 minutes. They maybe replaced a few sauce bottles and 2 pizzas the whole time we were there. There was only 4 workers there and all 4 of them were sitting in a booth eating. meanwhile, customers were coming in and food was running low. lots of people were waiting on dessert pizza to come out and they brought out half of a pizza and took the other half and sat down at the booth and ate it. there were also finished plates starting to pile up at a lot of tables, including ours. terrible service!!

Order an 8 piece chicken, potato wedges, and biscuits…it was the smallest 8 pieces of chicken they could find. I remember why I don’t order from them anymore. Your probably better to go in and eat the buffet. It was not worth $35.

This place is ok I guess. I don’t come here often. Foods good. Mashed potatoes are choice. They never seem to have chicken legs though. Pizza selection wasn’t too plentiful. Cheesy bread stix were good. And it filled up quick. It was near empty when we got there and when we left……well.

Was my first time to the Ranch. I enjoyed the buffet. Decent salad bar, and pizza variety was good. Chicken area with potatoes and such was decent as well. Good value. I’ll go back next time I’m in Independence IA.

Went a little before 7:00. Sign said closing at 7:30. They would not make a special request pizza. All of the food that was out looked like it had been sitting out for hours. I paid way too much for old pizza.
