I placed an order for bread sticks with an employee and requested them to be cooked longer so they were crisp on the outside. Those were cooked just right. Then, I placed an order for a pizza and an additional order of bread sticks. I didn’t find anywhere in the app to make a special request for my bread sticks. So, those were cooked too soft and mushy for my liking. Lastly, while waiting for my food, I noticed a young man standing in the kitchen waiting to cut/box up the food, and he was twirling his braids/dreads and touching his face. I said, something to him off to the side and quietly. I realize that we all forget sometimes. Overall, though, I would definitely return when I am in the area.

This location has the best customer service! The woman at the drive through window and registers was so friendly and helpful. This particular location stays so busy as well. They also keep the place extremely clean. The food was delicious and hot! I’m a fan of pretzels so I decided to get the stuffed pretzel pizza and it was on point! The stuffed cheesy bread was so buttery and garlicy! Just the way I like them. I would get everything again. I recommend you trying this place if you enjoy pizza at a low price.

I am lactose intolerant and ordered a pizza with no cheese, extra sauce. I have never been charged extra for that order. It looks like they added extra pepperoni and the sauce was lite and watery. It seems I was charged for that mistake. Then, me ordering ahead still left a long wait.

I guess u get what u pay for. I placed an order online at 5:02 I arrive at 5:29 and told I don’t have an order. The guy literally made me 2nd guess myself. I show him the order multiple times on my phone then after 5 mins he says oh it just popped up and we just dropped it in the oven. It’s been 28mins since I placed it like how!? Then I guess could he just fill it with the hot & readys already cooked and he’s like “no there’s ppl in line behind you”. Why does that matter obviously I was here first and placed the order first. Previously I spent over an hour in the drive thru to pickup an order at night. The ppl aren’t mean but they lack the ability to deliver good customer service.

Sat in the drive thru for minutes on end waiting for the cashier to tell me that pizzas won’t be ready for 30 minutes because of the new trainees. Why did it take her so long to tell the other cars in front of me this? They rode off with nothing after minutes waiting. After she told me that, I realized that the crew were probably just going to riding the clock til they got off in an hour. What a waste of time.

Hot and fresh is right with this location!! They are quick too!! I got to try the new pretzel crust and it was delicious!! A little too much salt on the crust but that can be worked around with a brush off by my hands. My friend had the Italian Sausage extra most bestest and they got his order right with the light sauce change. All in all worth a visit if u don’t feel like doing the dishes

If I could leave a 0 star I would. I do not recommend this store for pizza at all. We put in an order for the pizza and were told 30 minutes. 54 minutes later pick up person shows up for order because hey they seam busy, right give them a little extra time. They tell us or order will be ready at 6 here it is 5 and they want us to wait another hour. When I call they tell me oh we can have it ready in 20minutes as a rectification to solve the problem. When did customers become such a non-priority of these places like seriously. So yeah expect 2 hours when they say 30 minutes. Yes this was the Stephen order. I will update if corporate does anything to rectify the situation.
