I ordered california crunchwrap and the cashier (William) asked for sauce and forgot to gave it. We were in pj’s thats why we decided to use drive thru for sauce. One lady (in video) took order for sauce and we waited at window for 3 min and she didnt show up. I took another drive thru turn and she was upset and said I could have used lobby for sauce. So if I dont want to come inside and want to use drive thru. Its our fault that these kids dont want to complete order!

I found hair in my food after stopping at this location after getting off work. People that work in the restaurant business should be clean shaven and wear hair nets I would not recommend this location.

Waited in line patiently and had someone in window complaining about how there are only three workers. She was very annoyed and made it known. Cravings box was not put in a box and chips spilled everywhere, sauce packets had dried food on them and everything was soggy as well as our TWO hardshells pretty much crushed. My doritoz locos taco had no sleeve as well. Super dissatisfied.

I don’t usually review fast food places, because I never expect much, but I don’t think this location even attempts to try. We are new to Ft. Wayne and the first time we ordered was on 8/28. They were completely out of chicken, so we had to adjust our whole order. We decided to give them another try on 8/31. Still out of chicken! We ordered Crunchwrap supremes instead. The pictures are of the Crunchwrap I received. Literally dry meat and cheese. No lettuce, tomato, or sour cream. At least pretend to care. Needless to say, we won’t be going back.

I got two burrito Supremes at this Taco Bell and they did a great job. A lot of Taco Bell’s can’t even make burrito supremes. Most the time they mess up the order but this place really did a great job
