Extremely nice and hard working waitress. You can tell when someone takes pride in their work, our waitress was very friendly and made it a personal experience discussing the different dishes. She was one of two waitresses and was constantly busy and moving. The food was EXCELLENT, the best meal I have had in a long time and the family thought so as well.

Took over 1 hour to get any food. Ordered wine didn’t come til after our entrees came. Food was mediocre – in Maine, they should know how to cook lobster properly. We went due to all the positive reviews. What a disappointment! Sorry we wasted 2 hours of our lives there. We’d never go back.

Not a good experience tonight. Had a 7:30 reservation, didn’t get our meal until 9:20. It was 45 minutes before we got our rolls. I even had to ask the waitress if we were going to get our chowder and salad anytime soon after an hour and a half. The customers sitting beside us came in after us and got their food before us. They were leaving after eating their meal before we even got our chowder. Luckily we have been there before and we know that this isn’t normal. If this had been our first time, it would definitely be our last. As of right now, it will be a while before we return.

Nowhere on the site or at the restaurant does it say anything about reservation only. Stood there waiting to be seated for about 10 minutes only to be dismissed like a dog because we didn’t have a reservation. Very unprofessional.
