Great food truck! Excellent point. Any Louisiana native knows points start with the bread. They have authentic French bread. Crispy and chewy. Shrimp were light and clean tasting. Catfish poboy was also good. Both with just the right amount of mayo, lettuce and tomato. Delicious! Find these guys through their website. Eat the poboy. You’ll be back. I know I will.

Just tried them for the first time at Marymoor Park. I used to live in Louisiana and haven’t had a good beignet since I was a kid. These were fluffy and had a good flavor. I will definitely return to them in the future

Pretty good, cornbread and honey butter were done highlights. I got the oyster po boy, super crunchy and nice on the texture and flavor, really needs the hot sauce. My wife liked the pork sandwich, she said it was salty and the oyster po boy was much better. I’d go again for the po boys

Got the oyster poboy, gumbo and beignets. As a New Orleans native, I can appreciate the inspiration taken from authentic Cajun cuisine. The poboy was wonderful, if not just a bit under seasoned. The gumbo wasn’t quite as good as others I’ve had in Seattle but it wasn’t bad by any means. Overall, I’d consider it a decent, very PNW friendly take on New Orleans food

Where ya at Matt is by far the best food truck in the Seattle area! I get their Jambalaya, Gumbo, shrimp Poboys, and beignets everytime to make sure I have great lunch for the next couple days. If you haven’t already experienced their magic I highly recommend finding out where Matt’s at asap!
