I really like the chicken. The customer service is a very bad joke. Very unorganized, fighting with each other while packaging food, screaming in fact. I did enjoy the show till I ran out of time and needed to get back to work.

Unsanitary, child running around grabbing straws,napkins and trying to get the attention of her father who was working behind the counter at 900 pm.(I’m guessing he had no choice having her there) The same man took my order but then asked the girl at drive thur to do it. She was not pleased and said it ain’t my job, she begrudgingly took my order. The food was ok,I have no complaints.

I have eaten here a few times in the past year. The staff was mostly friendly and the food was decent, but the restaurant housekeeping leaves much to be desired. The condition of the restroom was deplorable only an hour after opening, which tells me no effort is given to cleaning the place at the end of the previous shift. This is unacceptable from a food establishment and I won’t be going back. Bonus footage of a weave left on the counter of the men’s restroom.

Went to get a chicken sandwich, 50min later I finally asked someone what was going on. Told them my order number, but I guess they didn’t know how to use the system so I had to retell them my order. Another 10min later I finally got my meal, which was wrong.

Line has not moved in over 15 mins. Why do you guys call yourselves fast food if it’s as slow as possible? Your employees clearly do not care at all. Maybe pay them more than slavery wages and your restaurant won’t have such poor unmotivated service.

As of November 2021, with pandemic under control, with vaccine available, with no mandate or restrictions from the government this place still has only access via the drive-thru. Even worst, when you order online you would expect to get your order on the counter, but is closed, the door has a sign stating that you knock the door or call and they will deliver the order thru the door but that is not true, they force you to go to the drive-thru and they are really slow. Last time I spent 35 minutes to get my order. A nightmare, I am not giving my business to this place anymore. I’d rather drive miles and miles to get another Popeyes.

The Elmwood Popeyes is the most poorly managed of all the Popeyes locations. It’s pretty obvious from all the other bad reviews that Popeyes has to know this and yet does nothing about it. Slow service, bad service, employees standing behind the counter on their phones. Not the slightest bit of concern for customers. Orders often wrong. Containers barely filled half way. If you do go here, go inside because it’s comical to see how bad it is.
