I am giving this place 1 Star. I would have wanted to give it no stars at all . I pulled up on to the drive thru at 9:59 pm and when I tried to order the lady working there told me it was closed at 10 pm. I told her well your sign is “open” sign is still on . She told me oh but we are already closed , I told her if it’s still on I can order she said “no we are closed”. Worst customer service ever . This was the location in la joya …so I decided to go to a completely different business that was willing to provide their customer service. So much for wanting to try new things

Expect to wait 15 min to order and then 25 min to get your order with only 3 vehicles in front of you. We ordered 2 chamoyadas and the strawberries in it had a foul taste. It was disgusting and not worth the wait.

The best shaved ice I’ve had so far in the Valley! The ice is super smoothly shaved and the flavors are so sweet. The prices are kind of high ($2.25 for a small raspa) but I personally think it is worth it.
