My son placed an order via the app and he’s a teenager who didn’t think to check the food prior to leaving the restaurant. When he arrived home with dinner, I was disgusted at this brown guacamole and this awful bowl. This is a mess. Hardly any meat, corn, sour cream or lettuce. Only a bunch of pinto beans and this is as is without me touching or eating any of it. Inedible and a waste of money. I will not return. Repeatedly called their restaurant to speak to a manager and the automated system refused to put me through. I even went through the live chat feature and was told they’d pass it along to store manager. Unacceptable. Whomever made this was lazy and trifling and they NEVER have to worry about me patronizing them again.

Every time I order from the app my order is wrong. Last time I ordered a veggie bowl and I got bbq. This time there was barely any food in my bowl. The bowl was less than halfway full and for $12 a meal it just is not worth it. This location is not very good or consistent.

Went there for lunch. The place was busy but the line moved quick. The restaurant was clean as well the bathroom. I had good service the workers were nice and helpful with my order. Quick in and out for lunch in a rush I would say good job to the staff.My chicken bowl was great and filling The quest dip and fresh chips were on point. I like the endless drink section. All in all I would say it’s a Win. Good job ! Tell them Brian Sent ya!!

I have been a loyal follower of Keith Lee since the “did I introduce myself” days so when he partnered with Chipotle, I had to try it. So I ordered the quesadilla, I added corn salsa, the other salsa, rice and the vingeratte (I don’t like sour cream so I passed on that). When hubby came home with our order (which he had to wait 30 minutes for although we ordered on the app and it’s about a 15 min. drive), I was given a steak and cheese quesadilla in a burrito bowl. No salsa, no rice, no cute container with compartments like advertised. I was disappointed but the family was hungry so we didn’t have the time to go back to the store, so I ate a bowl of cereal and went to bed.

Terrible location. I drive out my way to avoid this location. Constantly behind and when yo order online they do not put your bag on the shelf which causes you to sit there and wait unnecessarily. Then they have bad attitudes when you ask for your name when if they just put it in the shelf it would be easier for everyone. 0 stars

This chipotle is just…. idek. Somehow the line is always to the door. I know chipotle is known to be salty and I love my salt but this location takes it up 5 levels. Last time I had to trash my entire bowl bc it was not edible.

Food good but customer service needs major improvement! And it’s all the time ♀️. To avoid it I place orders online n pick up but today my order wasn’t there and the older lady preparing NEVER once acknowledged me as I waited near the station to see what/if I needed anything. After her 3rd time placing orders on the rack I politely asked to check the status of my order. While she did, it was as if I was bothering her ♀️. Chipotle at Northlake gets worse and worse with each visit. I order online and every time the order has been wrong, cold, or sloppily put together. The last time, my pickup time was 4:20. I got there at 4:25…order was ice cold by the time I got home at 4:40. The customer service is horrible. Everyone looks and moves like they’d rather be somewhere else, listening loudly to music, using profanity. Just terrible. I think today was my last at this location.
