They are making Starbucks look terrible! They didn’t make the right drink, the cup overflowed, and didn’t even bother cleaning off the cup. You can’t use your Starbucks card unless your paying so basically we spent 20 bucks and didn’t get one star. Ugh

I ordered a grande and instead I got a tall drink and the lady made me pay for a venti. At the time I did not know how much the sizes costed so I just went with it but later when I was in the car I realized the size was a bit off and I searched it up and it turns out that it was a tall and I asked for a grande and the whole drink was ice just a little bit of the actuall drink

Bad customer service at this location. Don’t have coffee brewed or offer to brew upon request. Asked for latte for HERE and requested a cup but still gave in a togo cup. Staff seems very inexperienced. Goto other location on FM544 in Murphy.

Horrible customer service—was the only one in line in front of the register while the two baristas were chatting for over 3 minutes holding my 6 month old who began crying and they still didn’t greet me or take my order until they finished their conversation—then in the middle of making my coffee one of them proceeded to answer their cell phone.
