These people need to stop getting high on the job. They almost gave me the wrong drinks, plus forgot about my daughters shake. My oldest son got the melt, which the bun was completely soggy, not toasted at all. Youngest son and I got the spicy crispy chicken sandwiches, which he asked for no tomato. We’ll he didn’t get anything at all on his sandwich but a small dab of Mayo and a couple strips of lettuce. I received a original chicken patty on mine (not the crispy) soaked in some spicy sauce, with hardly no lettuce at all and two soggy tomatoes that looked like they were reused. They could have just told me they were out of the crispy chickens instead of substituting it with breaded chicken and not tell me. Regardless, the effort and quality put into the food is garbage. Sad to say, quality and service has gone to new lows, but the prices only go up.

They provide no tamper evident seal on fountain products going out for third party delivery. I have brought this up multiple times with them and they seem oblivious to the concept of food security. This is probably not a safe place to eat.

Went through the drive thru. It took 5 minutes for them to take our order and no one was in front of us. It took them 10 minutes to give us only one of the 3 meals we ordered. We were asked to pull around front. We waited an additional 10 minutes for our food. Then they forgot to give us our drinks.

Classic fast food experience. My wife: “chicken sandwich, no mayo or lettuce”. New cashier: “the chicken sandwich doesn’t come with mayo”. Back and forth of “yes it does” and “no it doesn’t”. Chicken sandwich comes out with mayo and lettuce. Confusion ensues for the cashier. Order replacement, have to pester them to get it after seeing it sit in the warmer for a few minutes, the rest of us are about done eating. It has lettuce. No biggie, pick it off and eat it. Then they bring another sandwich out due to the confusion, and this one was actually correct. So I decided to taste it. Ugh… too much steroids in that chicken. Huge tough muscles. I won’t bother picking on the outside of the facility, but I’m sure you can imagine.

I order food through their burger king app, had the worst experience with the current manager. She argued on the phone with me about my child’s food and didn’t want to make my food. She gave my order to someone else before my door dasher got to burger king. I will never order food through them ever again. The WORST, WORST experience I have ever had. I hope they can get a manager that actually cares about the customer’s.

Legit one job, make the food that we asked for, take our money and give us food. Y’all couldn’t give the one ham croissantwhich we asked for, instead only gave sausage. Even showed ham on the receipt so I know it wasn’t our fault. This is not the only time we’ve had issues with this location giving wrong items or missing items in our orders.

At approx 10pm, I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries. The burger required extra time to cook. I pulled into the parking lot and waited, along with another car. Five minutes went by. The burger was hot, the fries were nearly cold. Not cool.

I was just stuck in the drive through for 40 minutes or more and we only had 3 cars in front of us I kid you not. When we took our order we could barley even hear the workers and our fries were all half empty. Terrible service.
