Always make my way here for lunch whenever work puts me in the area. I LOVE the wings here. They’re supposed to be Buffalo but there really isn’t much sauce on them but perhaps that’s a good thing as the wings are nice and crispy and not overpowered by sauce. There’s a Buffalo Wild Wings just down the block but I pass it up for these babies.

The customer service was good. The restaurant looked clean. The smashfries were ok and so was the burger. I had the double patty smac and cheese burger, it was good; a little salty(but that’s the burger not the Mac and cheese). I would probably try the smac and cheese burger again, but I would most likely try the tater tots instead next time.

This is one Smashburger location you want to avoid. Chicken sandwich was salty and old, the haystack onions oily. I couldn’t finish the meal and threw it out. It appears that this is a staff issue and so don’t be discouraged of visiting the location in White Plain, NY which is much better.

This place used to be good, but lately the staff has been very disappointing. When there on a Sunday it wasn’t bizy food took longer then expected but we didn’t mind.when the food finally came Our order was missing a double cheeseburger I thought the cashier made a mistake with the order I looked at the receipt it was on the order. So I went over to the servers to show them my receipt and point out that I didn’t receive my order entirely. The servers were bizy watching a movie on their phones and were upset that I interrupted their movie. They looked at my receipt and gave me a dirty look then when over to the kitchen and I was told the cook is aware of the mistake. No apology no decent customer service it seems as if there’s no one is in charge here.

I have not been to SmashBurger in years. So I was surprised to see that they have updated their menu, but the wait time is at least 20 mins long. This location is very modern, clean, spacious, and has parking. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I wish they had meals because the cost of a burger+fries+drink is at least $20, which I was shocked by.

Fun fast casual burger joint with good options. Staff was friendly and efficient. Like the Brussel sprouts side option – they’re frying them in oil but a little healthier than the fries… Good patty choices – would like to see buffalo burgers. Price a little higher than warranted for sides and drinks. Nice that there’s a reward program. Don’t know that I will go enough. Parking lot is tiny and claustrophobic.

Ordered take out. The person who packed our burgers placed them side ways in the bag! Why would you put burgers side ways so that all the juices can spill out? Everything was wet and greasy & made the burgers soggy. The other thing was we ordered our burgers with a side of sweet potato fries & tater tots. They barely filled the containers for these. The tater tots didn’t even fill up halfway (see picture). The food though was decent, thus left 3 stars. Got the limited time Caramelized Onion burger and enjoyed the taste. My husband got the double bacon burger and he was okay with it. Anyone ordering take out, please take a look at what and how they give you your food before stepping out of the restaurant.

I’m am totally hooked on smash burger. I have ordered online before and it was great the delivery was awesome because it came in one piece lol. But the day that I actually went to the restaurant even during the quarantine they were great from start to finish. The quality of the meal was to my surprise. The chicken sandwich was made to perfection and on point. I love me some sweet potatoe fries and guess what they have it. Tater tots regular fries you name it they have it. The service was great, we expected a wait due to covid-19 and I was willing to be patient. It was worth it and I’m definitely going back.
