Food will keep you alive in a pinch. There is nothing special about a fast food joint. Kids don’t want to speak to the public, so they push their self checkout. Which never gets washed. Have you ever thought of how many butts or noses have been picked before they touch that screen? No, thank you!

It seems like going to Mickey D’s is seeming more like a job than a place to get a quick bite. Next thing you know they’ll be assigning everyone a time to report to help unload the truck!! What has happened to good ole customer service. When I was a swing manager, we didn’t have these fancy kiosks in the lobby. Folks came in, placed their order, then picked up said order. Let’s get the customer back on the right side of the counter and put customer service back in the equation.

Food is usually good. But take out?….if there was a way to keep it hotter for the trip home. The website is somewhat confusing. Have to change screens every time you want more in the bag. Just have everything that you want without having to keep jumping all over. The WIFI does reach to the parking lot. Communicating with the inside is hard because because of the WIFI.

Thought I was in the Twighlight Zone. The four employees I come in contact with in the drive thru were smiling and very friendly. I didn’t realize picking up steak egg and cheese Mcmuffins at McDonald’s would make me happy and smile so much, SERIOUSLY!!!! It made my day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I almost forgot, steak, egg and cheese Mcmuffins were fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!!

Garbage quality of a cheeseburger at 11pm. I also waited 10 minutes for it and when I took it out of the wrapper to eat it, the bun was rock solid, cold and the “hamburger” patty was shriveled up and cold and hard. Not satisfied at all especially since I was the only customer and I waited over ten minutes for one burger.
