The service was wonderful very kind staff. I’m surprised the restaurant didn’t have more patrons inside. When you arrive they bring you chips which you can tell are house-made nice warm and fresh. Me and my family went and ordered multiple things which all were great. Me and my father ordered the strawberry margaritas which were wonderful. The lady who was our server was wonderful very kind and always checking to make sure we didn’t need anything else. Overall a wonderful experience I would give more starts if possible. Definitely would recommend and will be returning!

A huge improvement over the restaurant that was there before!!! They have a large menu of both food and drinks, despite only having around a dozen tables and booths. Both food and drinks were good and our server was friendly. We got chimichangas and seafood enchiladas, and the chimichangas were better than the enchiladas. We will definitely go back and try more of their dishes.

I was in 48 states and ate a lot of tortillas but here is the BEST PLACE for it! When I’ll go to Duluth I’ll stop here 1000% and will take something else! Perfect atmosphere, Esmeralda is best at serving and good talking! Chief cooks awesome! Thanks for this atmosphere and dishes !

Stopped in w my son and granddaughters for lunch. As always the waitress (owner?) was very kind and pleasant. The kids got the most delicious virgin strawberry daiquiris. Our margaritas were excellent as always and the food is some of the best Mexican at reasonable prices. El Tucan has become our stop for real Mexican food.

Excellent! I will definitely order again! We had the fish tacos, street tacos and Grande Burrito Carnitas all very delicious. Pleasant surprise was the chips and salsa we got with our delivery, most places don’t include that.

Five stars and more! I had the Burrito Poblano, an absolute must if they have the poblano sauce on hand (the green one). Also pictured is the Burrito Chipotle, another must try! Margs + chips & salsa rounded out the perfect lunch. Small little family restaurant with great service.

Great Tex-Mex restaurant in downtown Hinckley. Who knew? We had two Alambre dishes which were very good. Clean plate club here! Family owned, great for dine-in or take-out. Quality vittles with spice, which is nice. Will be back!

Service was slow, which was not good considering there only 3 tables being served. Music was too loud making it hard to have a conversation. The food was pretty good…my parillada was OK (pork was 80% fat) but the alambres were excellent, not done the way I’ve had them in other places but still very good. They have a good menu but the service could be better.

Service was extremely slow, only one waiter and nobody to bus tables. Asked for a mango habanero margretia. Could not taste any habanero or tequila. Was five whole ice cubes in glass. Had a Mexican fried ice cream. Worst ever. Ice cream was a melted glob and filled out with far too much whipped cream. Most horrible experience. Should have walked out right away.
