I am never one to leave bad reviews, but this location is just horrible. I placed a pickup order to be ready at 6:37. i arrived at around 6:45. My sandwich was not ready yet. The girl at the counter asks my name and says it’ll be out shortly. No big deal, I understand they’re probably busy and i don’t mind waiting a little. Three people come in after me and immediately get their pickup orders. No big deal, they probably placed their orders before mine. The girl at the counter then proceeds to make pickup orders and places one at the counter while looking at me, so i get up to check the name. she immediately shoots back, “that’s not yours.” and then goes back to making sandwiches. I notice that the order that she made was even due for pickup until 7. i’m starting to get very irritated at this point. i’ve been sitting there wait for 20 minutes and this girl makes some order that isn’t even due yet instead of making one of the two customers orders that are waiting for theirs. they don’t end up giving me my order until 7:05; 30 minutes after it was supposed to be “ready”. the guy who handed me my order showed me zero customer service, he literally just handed me my food and that was it. i’ve worked my entire life in customer service and this was just such a rude, frustrating experience. i only ordered two sandwiches, it should not have taken an extra 30 minutes to get my order.

Pleasant staff, but took way longer than usual to get a simple carry out order and the subs were not on the level you would expect. I have been a steak and cheese lover since my days in Detroit visiting the coveted Tubby’s Submarine Shop. I still have yet to find a steak and cheese shop that tops Tubby’s, but I’m an open-minded, fair man. I give other establishments a chance to prove themselves. This Jersey Mike’s location unfortunately was not a hit, but instead a clear miss. Three other patrons came in after me, ordered and actually received their sandwiches before I did. Bear in mind, my order wasn’t anything extravagant…..a couple of typical steak and cheese subs — no rocket science for a sub shop, right? Hmmmm…After sitting in there and waiting over 30 minutes PLUS, I finally get my long awaited order. When I get home, there is barely any meat on the subs…..Where’s the beef? It was literally peppers and cheese on the bun, with just a hint of steak. Disappointing to say the least. I would have taken photos, but I’m not a fan of pictures of half eaten food.

This location has high turnover and poor craftsmanship. Today, the “new guy” took a tablespoon of lettuce OFF a sandwich and tossed it back in the lettuce bin. He completed the sandwich and then cleaned the cutting board by scraping the leftover bits into the lettuce bin instead of the garbage. He moved on to the next guy in line. Did the same thing again, right in front of an employee that appeared to be training him. Not a word from her as he took lettuce off a wrap with mustard and again tossed it in the lettuce bin. He picked my sandwich next. Looked up at me for my request. I had to call him out and ask for a new lettuce bin. Manager was standing right there the whole time…ignored the whole situation and never said a word to me. Last time I go to this location.

Ordered online for pick up. Our order was ready about 10 minutes later than stated when ordering however it was the day when all sales were donated to charity and the crew were buried in orders. No stars removed when they were all working so hard for a good cause. We were happy to be part of the donation program.

A little disappointing imho. The kids working here are nice but I ordered a Giant club sub for takeout. The kid slicing the meats put the least amount of turkey and ham I’ve ever gotten from any Jersey Mike’s. They put the last remaining bits of sad looking lettuce from an almost empty tray on my sub and then restocked the lettuce right after. I asked for it Mike’s Way like I always do but then they asked me “do you want oil and vinegar?”, then asked me “do you want spices?” Kind of befuddling since that’s what Mike’s Way is. And to top it off, they very loosely wrapped the sandwich , had trouble putting it in the bag, and when I got home the contents of my sub were pretty much spilled out since it was so loosely wrapped. My poor, sad sub. Don’t get me wrong, nice kids but this loc is just not ready for prime time. Will have to find another Jersey Mike’s.

Vegetarian sandwiches have small meat slices 2 times I bought sandwiches from this location because the crew do not care to clean when they slice cheese after slicing meat.No changing gloves, no cleaning slicer, no cleaning slabs. Every meat mixed in sandwiches weather you want to eat meat or not

Best cheesesteak ever. They give you a lot of meat and they don’t skimp. Was fast despite being busy. Though I did hear the staff complaining that they didn’t get a break and the staff seemed a bit annoyed and stale. I understand though, food was still good and the person who made and brought us our sandwich was very nice.
