The staff was so friendly and the store was clean. The subs were really good although the bread couldn’t hold up to all the toppings. My favorite part were the house cut fries. I like them extra crispy and that’s how they make it.

Terrible experience! We used to get subs in Huntersville & they were awesome! We got one regular spicy Italian sub, small order of fries & my sub. My sub was supposed to be double bacon-see pic. Parts were scorched & the fries were inedible. $30 for that? They should be embarrassed to give such terrible food & ripping people off. Never again will we go back. Yet another crummy Charlotte eatery near us….

I had never been to Penn Station for subs but have always wanted to.. We went in last Wednesday for the first time and it was awesome. Their manager, Chris, greeted us with such positive energy. Our food was brought out quickly and Chris came to our table to make sure everything was good. It SURE WAS. Subs and fries, perfect combo. Staff is polite and overall good vibes through out the store. Definitely our new sub spot !!! Highly recommend !

I always get the Philly steak sub and each time it has been hot and delicious but this location on Steelecreek for some reason always gives me tiny pieces of fries. Pieces that looks like they are left in fry bin, just seems like bottom of the bag fries(even though they are supposedly freshly hand cut)It is frustrating. They have done it about three times. Next time I go I will inform whoever makes it to make sure I am getting whole cut fries. Cost enough to receive what I’m paying for. On another note even though their cookies are $2.50 per cookie, they are absolutely delicious!!
