Placed my order for dine in and waited almost 20 minutes to receive my order. I go to the counter to check on it and they hadnt even started on our order. When my order was given to me, no explanation or apology was given. Another elderly customer before me was returning a very raw chicken. No apology for her either. Employees were distracted on personal stuff (phones). Will not be going here again and do not reccomend it.

I always order from this KFC with Uber Eats or Postmates and so far, it’s been my 3rd time purchasing from here. They currently have a special where if you buy the family meal, they’ll throw in a bucket drink (I believe that’s what it’s called) for free. Bought the meal and the usual sides that came with it, and requesting a Pepsi as the drink. Soon as it gets delivered, we checked the contents and we ONLY got the chicken and biscuits. The meal was supposed to come with 4 sides, but there was NONE at all. I guess to top it off, they got our drink wrong as well, giving us tea instead of Pepsi. Luckily Uber support resolved this and gave us a full refund, but I’m afraid we won’t order from here again. We also constantly called the restaurant about the issue, but they never picked up.

My husband and I were the only ones there our food was just left at the counter. We were not given utensils or plates. There was a hair in my mashed potatoes. It was not a good experience at all. I don’t think we will be going back and I love KFC

Stopped by the new KFC to get some chicken and a pot pie, go to the park and enjoy our meal. Well, we arrived to the park and got our food but guess what. A pot pie without a fork or spoon is very messy to eat. The mash potatoes with the chicken and no utensils is no fun either. We did not even get napkins with our meals. Thanks KFC you ruined the moment.

First day open, 12/20/2022 at lunch time. The chicken was really good got a 3 piece meal. Dining room is kinda small ! I like KFC but it’s really hard to find a place that can keep up the quality. I hope it stays good.
